How can we help?

• At about chest height, 2–2.5 m (6–8 ft) away, with your whole body in view. For some tests you only need the joint being tested in view, and the app will tell you.
• Face a window or lamp. Light behind you makes it harder to see your outline.
• Clear about 2 × 2 m (6 × 6 ft) of floor.

• Step back until every joint the exercise needs is in frame, including your feet if asked. The app pauses when it loses sight of you and resumes when you're back.
• Move through the full range and move with control. A rep only counts when it reaches the target.
• Improve the lighting, and avoid loose clothing that hides your knees or elbows.

No. You only need your phone's camera.

No. Pose analysis runs entirely on your phone. Camera frames aren't transmitted or stored. Clips you record are kept on your phone and leave it only if you choose to share one. In MoveMentor Physio, a clinician can deliberately create a share link for a clip they recorded. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Only structured results. In Fitness, that's your workout sessions: exercise, reps, form scores and duration. In Sameeksha, it's your assessment answers and report, if you're signed in with backup on. In Physio, it's the prescriptions and adherence records you share online with your clinician.

In the app, go to Settings. You can also follow the steps on our account deletion page, which work without the app.

Open MoveMentor Physio and scan the QR code they showed you, or open the .mmrx.json file they sent. The app imports it automatically. If your account is linked to your clinician, new prescriptions appear once you're online.

Yes. Examining, prescribing, sharing by QR code or file, and doing your exercises all work offline. You only need to sign in for online prescription delivery and to send adherence reports back to your clinician.

No. Sameeksha is a screening tool. It reports what it observes and possible contributing factors, which a qualified professional should confirm. If the safety screen finds a warning sign, the app tells you to seek medical care whatever your other results show.

Yes. Choose caregiver-assisted mode, and a family member or caregiver can hold the phone and answer on your behalf. The report notes that the assessment was assisted.

Choose English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada on the language screen when you first open the app, or change it later in Settings.

From the report screen, export a PDF or share the structured report file. To get a copy of everything, go to Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data. It creates a ZIP with every assessment and report.
